
At MyComfort we make our customers' comfort and satisfaction our number one priority. For that reason, we offer a no-hassle return policy on our Sleep Systems. We want you to be 100% confident that this is the right investment, so we have explained the return policy in thorough detail below. MyComfort is dedicated to honesty and integrity both in our policies and in our sales staff.
General Policy:
- If purchases were made in a store, returns or exchanges must be made in person and at the same MyComfort store from which the product was originally ordered.
- Returned or exchanged product must be in like-new condition and cannot contain any stains or odors (including cigarette smoke). Any MyComfort product that contains stains or odors cannot be returned or exchanged, and the warranty will be considered void.
- Ask about our ultra-thin mattress cover technology that will guarantee the protection of your Sleep System and not take away from the therapy of the sleep surface like many other mattress pads and protectors.
Complete Sleep Systems:
- Your part in this policy is that you promise to sleep on the bed for at least 30 days so your body can adjust to the alignment and support offered by MySleep Sleep Systems.
- Complete Sleep Systems can be returned hassle-free any time after 30 days and before 60 days from the date of delivery or pickup. A Sleep System consists of a foundation, a mattress, and a Comfort Overlay. A standard-rate pick-up fee1 and 15% (of full list retail price) sanitation and handling fee will apply to all returned Sleep Systems.
- In addition, our customers may at any time during the first 60 days exchange (one time only) any of the components in their Sleep System to another Comfort Overlay or another mattress2 with a 5% sanitation and handling fee.
- There are no returns on used or demo Sleep Systems.
Comfort Overlays or Mattresses Purchased Separately:
- Comfort Overlays or Mattresses Purchased Separately, and not as part of a complete Sleep System, are non-returnable.
- Comfort Overlays or mattresses can be upgraded to a complete Sleep System within 60 days of the customers' initial purchase3. The price paid for the comfort Overlay or Mattress will be applied 100% to the full retail Sleep System price so long as the original comfort Overlay or mattress remains part of the new Sleep System. If the comfort Overlay or mattress is exchanged for another technology during the purchase of a full Sleep System, a 5% sanitation and handling fee will apply.
All other items:
- All pillows, MyCushion products, mattress protectors, and linens - purchased with or without a Sleep System - are non-returnable.
- All chairs and recliners are non-returnable. Customers may, however, exchange them at full value toward a chair/recliner of equal or greater value within 10 business days of purchasing the product. If a discount was given on a chair or recliner in conjunction with the sale of a Sleep System, a mattress, or a Comfort Overlay, the full retail price of the chair or recliner will be deducted from any requested refund or exchange of said products.
1 The Pick-up fee on returned mattresses will be equal to MyComfort's standard delivery or shipping price. Returned Sleep Systems must be picked-up by MyComfort's delivery service if ordered through a store. Drop-offs to the store or to the warehouse will not be accepted. For web or phone orders, the customer is responsible for all applicable fees, packaging, and shipping charges. 2 Customers are allowed one exchange during the first sixty days. Exchanged sales will be final, and no return policy offered. A delivery fee will be applied to Sleep System exchanges. 3 Complete Sleep Systems include foundation, mattress, and Comfort Overlay. Exchanged products will be final, and no return policy offered.
